Q: How does the launch team work?
Each time I have a new release coming up, I'll email you a link to sign-up for an ARC (Advanced Review Copy) of that book. When the ARC is ready to be sent out, you'll receive an email containing a special download link.
You'll also be notified when the book officially launches on specific retailers (like Amazon), this is when you'll be able to leave your review.
Most of the time you will be provided the book 2-3 weeks in advance to read it before your review is due. The due date for reviews is always within the first week of the books release day.
Q: Why are reviews so important to a book launch?
Reviews are an essential part of helping a new book gain traction with readers. Readers often gauge whether or not they might like a book based on the reviews (think about your own reading habits). Without reviews, readers may hesitate reading a new book…which could mean the untimely death of a brand new release.
Regardless of whether a review is good or bad, it helps potential readers decide if the book is a good fit for them or not.
This makes you and your unique and honest review an integral factor in every book launch!

Q: Will you have physical book copies or audiobooks available?
With each launch I will giveaway at least one physical signed copy of the book to those who leave reviews on release day. 🙌 However, since I am still an up and coming author writing my first series I don't have the extra funds at this time to invest in physical ARC copies for every reviewer.
As of right now, audiobook launches will be a separate event from the original book launch, but you will be given access to sign-up for that launch as well if/when they are available.

The Specific Details:
Each new ARC will be available to you by request. I'll send the sign-up form about a week before the ARCs will be sent out. ARCs will ONLY be sent to launch team members who sign-up for that particular ARC, so be sure to add my email address to your "safe" or "Primary" list in your email provider.
Most ARC’s will be available 2-3 weeks in advance of every book release, but some timelines may vary.
Reviews will be due on Amazon + Goodreads and/or Bookbub the week of the book’s launch, and you will receive email reminders surrounding due dates.
ARC’s will only be available for download via BookFunnel and can be read on any digital reader, including your phone, kindle, or computer. (You get to pick your preference).
ARC’s will be limited to a certain number and will be available on a first come first serve basis. So please only download copies you can commit to reading and reviewing within the given timeline. (If you're unable to read and review book, that will not disqualify you from future releases.)
You are NOT required to sign up for every ARC that I make available in order to remain on the launch team, but I do ask that you participate as much as you are able.
If you DO accept an ARC, please be diligent in leaving your review during the specified launch period.
